PLAN of Massachusetts provides planning and trust management services that ensure that the financial, social, and legal needs of individuals with disabilities are met now and in the future.
We provide our services to people with a range of disabilities throughout Massachusetts
and the New England region. We provide these services to people living in a
variety of settings, including the community, nursing homes and other settings.
